Uncle Jack will always be remembered as one of the most important men in my life. No matter how he felt or what he thought he would always take the time to sit and talk with you, share stories, and laugh. My two children loved him like a grandfather and I was honored to have him so close to them. He was a man you want your son to be. Uncle Jack was kind to everyone he met and he knew everyone!! He will be missed dearly but his memory will carry on in the hearts of everyone near and dear to him. He was simply the very best! <3

Darlene and family - as you know, Jack was one of our favorites. It was so nice to get to know Jack and his family but I wish it had been in a different way. We shared a common love of the Hawkeyes and being ornery. Jack will definitely be missed. I know I speak for everyone here when I say that we will be thinking of all of you. Sending wished and prayers.
