Greg, Georgia, Gloria, Gayle and family,
I was sadden to hear of Tiny's passing this past weekend.
I meant your mother in the summer of 1968 as I helped my Dad unload rail cars of lime that we stockpiled to the north of Kenny's Korner. Dad would take in for a break from the heat and dust, then for lunch. Your Mother was busy cooking and getting the lunches out to Kenny, so he could serve those who came in for lunch.
Years later Lori meant your Mother on a very cold December day in 1983 when she was in Meriden to cover the Fredrickson fire, across the street from Kenny's. She helped keep the reporters and firefighters warm that cold day with lots of hot coffee and chocolate.
I got to know Tiny as the Mother of a great bunch of friends that I came to know and share some good times with. She was always looking out the her extended kids, those that all you brought home to meet your parents.
I know she will be missed by your family and friends. She was a kind soul with an infectious smile the could brighten your day.

I am saddened to hear of Tiny's passing. My memories of her are through my mother, Harriet Gordon Eischen, who was so fond of Tiny. They had many good times and laughter together as cousins and family, so typical of the Irish heritage. I remember Kenny's Corner--always a good meal! Good memories and a good legacy!

Tiny was a wonderful person. I still have some embroidered pillow cases that she gave me when I was a little girl. My mom was Jimmy's cousin and I remember visiting them several times at the farm and them coming to visit us in Washington state. It was so nice that she and Georgia invited my daughter and son-in-law over for dinner when they were passing through last summer. Rest in peace, Tiny.

My mother, Harriet Gordon Eischen, was Mary's 2nd cousin. She babysat Tiny and her twin sister in their early years. That relationship evolved into a life-long special connection between the two of them. They both had very high regard for one another. Ironically, I placed a call to Mary Saturday night, shortly before she passed away. My thoughts had inexplicably turned to her, and I was looking forward to another warm and animated conversation: Tiny's hallmark. She will be sorely missed by all of us whose lives were brightened by her presence.
