She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert Paslay.

I am sorry this is so late. I am LaVonne's nearest neighbor. We had no idea of this. She was always a delight to be around, and we will miss her dearly. If there is anything you need help with, please let me know.

Oh my gosh. So sorry for your loss. LaVonne and Bob were such good neighbors to Mom and Dad. They were there through thick and thin. I remember weekly card games. One in particular. Mom and Dad were hosting and there was a big snow storm. But who still showed up, but Bob and LaVonne. Like several others, LaVonne made the best cakes and did mine for my wedding. Now they will be neighbors again. Thinking of you all.

Our sympathy to you all at the passing of your mom/grandma LaVonne. She was a good friend of the family especially to my mom, Phyllis. It was special that she made our wedding cake and then the cakes of our daughters' weddings too. They were beautiful and she took such pride in them. God bless you all at this difficult time.

To LaVonne's family. She will be missed by all. I have known her for over 15 years. On a hot day an ice cream bar, a cold bottle of beer and lots of visiting. She loved her neighbor, cared and loved her family in which I only knew from her speaking so kindly of them. She always was glad to see me. She felt so sorry for what Linda was going through, we prayed together for Linda. We talked about babies being born and the death of friends. I was sure to not cut one of the peonies off for George the cat to lay in. Now our visits end but I know she is in a great place now. Stay strong in the Lord. Steve, her lawncare man.
