My condolences to Bill's family. How unusual for me to run across this obituary, I live in Texas and have for many decades, but always remembered Bill from our days at Wayne State. I'm originally from LeMars and graduated from LeMars in 1959. After meeting Bill at WST, I learned we had played against one another several times in football while in HS. RIP my good man!!

Lee Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I know the last year was very challenging for all of you and it is very hard to see someone we love deal with cancer. The good news is that he doesn't have to be in pain anymore and as much as we selfishly want him back, he is in a better place. Keep your best memories close and take him with you in your thoughts and in your heart wherever life takes you and you haven't really lost him at all. I love you guys and my family is praying for you.
