“To the Schwier family, I was saddened to hear of the death of your wife/mother/grandmother. It is so hard to say goodbye to those we love. Donna will be missed by many, many friends and family, each of them blessed to have had such a loving and kind woman in their lives. I pray the days ahead will be filled with memories that help you smile once again. Your wife/mom/grandmother had a smile that seemed to be never-ending! Oh, and what a sparkle in her eyes! When I'd 'come home', I remember running in to Donna while she was working at Fashionette. She always had such a way to make you feel welcome and never failed to ask about your family! She will be missed. Donna is now at peace in her eternal home with our Lord! God bless your entire family. Rhonda File Vredenburg”

“Lynn you have our sympathy. I was unaware that Donnabeth was in ill health and in a care facility. I have been quite busy attending to my own lung cancer. Ruth and I would also like to pass along out sympathy to all of Donnabeth's family the sons, their wives and children as well as all of the friends that the two or you have formed during you life in Cherokee and your teaching career.

I pray that the Lord will comfort you and your family.”
