“I am sorry for your loss. Thomas passed on my 65th birthday, more than a coincidence considering our backstory. I only had communication from him once, through my confidential intermediary some 10 years ago. I hope to make contact with the rest of you in the future, after a respectful period. ”

“Audrey and all,
The weather certainly interfered today. But I will share what I wish I could say in person: As neighbors, my sister and I knew Tom all of our lives. We witnessed the consistency of Tom's kindness in his smiles and waves en route to the golf course and through the pleasant conversations throughout our visits. We will miss him. And we are praying that you will sense the constant presence of Christ as He comforts you as only He can.
Love,
Stacie and family”

“Tom and I spent a lot of time together for many years building the business. Tom was actually as close to me as any relative for many years.
All the time we spent as neighbors and business partners I really don't remember Tom ever losing his temper or getting cross with anyone. Well, only a couple of times anyway. Amazing!

His demeanor was always understanding and cooperative. He was the always the solid rock that seemed to keep everything together. Don't dismiss what he did in building that business. He was proud of that and helped build something special.

We had a very close relationship and spent time talking almost like a father would to his son on many occasions in the office. One time, after my grandfather had died, we talked at length about how you felt when your father passed.

Those words really don't hit home until they become a reality. I remember his words well, and once again they ring true. Tom will be missed by a lot of people and his memory lives on with all of us.

All of us have a bond together having known and loved Tom. We can only take solace by thinking of a better place and better times ahead. And celebrating his life , his accomplishments, and most of all the generations he created that will come after him.

“Audrey

We are out of town but wanted to express our sympathy. We have good memories of many visits over the years with a good friend. I remember in 1985 when we came to Cherokee Tom was someone I met early on. He made me feel welcome and our friendship continued right through the last time I saw him a few months ago.

Please accept our sincere condolences.”
