Eugene A. Pelletier

Eugene Pelletier was born in Gardner, Massachusetts on June 14, 1952, to Alfred and Helen (Collette) Pelletier. His childhood years were spent in the Gardner area, and he attended the local schools. He was united in marriage to Suzanne Richard. They became the parents of a son, Jeremy. Eugene was an avid fan of WWF wrestling, as well as other sports. He enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with his family. Following Suzanne's death in 2009, Eugene relocated to the Midwest to be closer to Jeremy and his wife, Lindsay. The three became very close, and spent the majority of their time together. Eugene battled through numerous illnesses and health struggles. He became a frequent visitor at the hospital, and the nurses at both St. Luke's in Sioux City, IA, and the Cherokee Regional Medical Center in Cherokee, became like second family to him, as did his friends and neighbors at the Willowbrook Apartments. Eugene passed away at the Cherokee Regional Medical Center on March 26, 2017, when he was reunited with his wife, Suzanne, and his mother, Helen. Survivors include his son, Jeremy and wife, Lindsay Pelletier of Cherokee, IA; his father, Alfred of Gardner, MA; several brothers and sisters; other relatives and friends.
