Robert Kenneth Radcliffe

January 25, 1964 — January 6, 2018

Robert Kenneth Radcliffe, the son of Lawrance and Lucille (Palmer) Radcliffe was born January 25, 1964 in Le Mars, Iowa. His childhood years were spent in Marcus where he attended school. He then attended school in Sheldon where he became a heavy equipment operator. 

After school he moved to Harlan, IA with his high school sweetheart, Vicki Boyd. They lived there for two years. Following the death of his father, they moved back to Marcus to operate Radcliffe Construction. Bob then worked for Riedemann Transport for many years as an over the road truck driver and most recently, he worked at Hallett Materials as a heavy equipment operator.

On April 23, 1993, Bob was united in marriage to Vicki Boyd in Cherokee, IA. They were blessed with two daughters, BreeAnn and Brittany. Bob enjoyed gardening, taking motorcycle trips with Vicki, and spending time with family and friends. Most of all he loved being a grandpa and babysitting his grandson Brennan.

On January 6, 2018, Bob passed away at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lucille Radcliffe; two sisters, Linda Rizzolo and Mary Wakefield; one brother Steven Rae; and father-in-law, Jerry Boyd.

He will lovingly be missed by his wife, Vicki Radcliffe of Marcus, Iowa; two daughters, BreeAnn (Chris) Bohnenkamp of Remsen, IA, and Brittany Radcliffe of Cherokee, IA; one grandson, Brennan Bohnenkamp of Remsen, IA; two sisters Kay Ruden, and Julie Stoffern, several brothers and sisters-in-law; other relatives; and many friends.

SERVICES
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m, Thursday, January 11th at Greenwood-Schubert Funeral Home in CHEROKEE.

VISITATION
Visitation will be at the funeral home in CHEROKEE from 5:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday.
INTERMENT

Burial will be at a later date.
