Thad M. Moller

Thad Michael Moller, the son of Darrel and Wanda Moller, was born February 1, 1971, in Cherokee, IA. His childhood years were spent in Cherokee and Arnolds Park where he received his education. Thad had worked various jobs throughout his life in Cherokee and the surrounding area. Thad enjoyed mud bogging, making BBQ, and camping. Most of all, he loved spending time with his two boys, Mason and Montana whom he loved more than anything. He also enjoyed time spent with his family especially his nieces and nephews. Thad was a tinkerer and enjoyed things that were discarded and broken and he would try to repair them to be used again. He was a also a stranger to no one. Once he met you he would call you a friend. On August 9, 2015, Thad passed away at the Cherokee Regional Medical Center at the age of 44. He was preceded in death by his father, Darrel Moller; and his grandparents, Melvin and Esther Moller and Ray and Marie Smith. He will be lovingly remembered by his twin boys, Mason and Montana Moller of Lookeba, OK; mother, Wanda Moller of Cherokee, IA; siblings, Jim Moller of Cherokee, IA, Shelley (Mark) Benson of Meriden, IA, and Traci (Les) Lemley of Waukee, IA; he is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
